ABOUT KARIN LUI LILANI

Karin loves taking different types of data and connecting the dots into a story that leads to action. A trained qualitative researcher and foresights strategist, Karin has spent her career uncovering insights (qualitative, quantitative, UX, analytics, trends, scenario planning) and translating these into strategies that fuel growth. With experience engaging internal and external stakeholders, she is a leader with a deep curiosity for understanding human behaviour and a passion to solve the world’s problems. Her expertise, coupled with her international upbringing & work experience (Canada, Hong Kong, USA, India, China, Singapore) and exposure to multiple industries both in-house and as a consultant (public health, luxury, consumer electronics, travel, FMCG, OTC drugs, non-profit etc.) means that she frequently finds herself at the intersection, and the translator between: consumer insights & product development short-term thinking & long-term gains strategy & execution design & business Karin helps companies grow by- Driving innovation: using human-centered design-thinking methods to ideate, prototype, build and scale new products and services that meet consumer\'s existing or emerging unmet needs- Developing and delivering customer strategy - insights, product, marketing, channel, customer experience- Building resilience: identifying key risks and short and long-term growth opportunities through foresights expertise - leading edge behaviour research, trends analysis (macro, geopolitical, economic and consumer level), horizon scanning, scenario planning.
