I have work experience as a developer, tech lead, business analyst, dev manager and director all in the software or development space. Through this I have found a passion for agile methodologies, and continuous integration and deployments and like products or teams, I internally strive to always be improving. Here are my core values: Building - I take pride in building teams and being a part of building software. In my career I have designed the framework during a company switch to agile including the team structure and working norms. 🤔 Curiosity - I enjoy learning how things work and the \"ahh\" moment when things click. This often helps bring about ideas and discussions. 🫣 Empathy - I feel and care deeply how others are affected by changes. Part of what makes a great leader. This helps me deliver on promises and keeps me accountable when providing feedback for example. 🧺 Organization - I like to try to keep things clean and organized in the start - knowing there will never be a good time to refactor or add unit tests after the present. Efficiency - Part of why I like agile - the MVPs, daily standups and other efficient processes keep things moving.
