ABOUT KARIM TAWIL

I am Head of Operations with a bit less than 25 years of experience in the field of Telecom & IT. I am PMP certified since 2010 and obtained an MBA from the McGill Executive Institute. I have a bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering with a major in telecommunications from the University \"École Polytechnique de Montréal \" in I have also been a member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Quebec) since 2007. I obtained the SAFe® Scrum Master certification in May 2018. I led programs for New Product Introduction in the Telecom & IT domains for more than a decade where I worked with several national canadian clients like Hydro Québec, Videotron & Xplore and global clients such as AT & T and Vodafone. I am heading the Network Operations for key accounts in Canada such as Xplore, Videotron and Eastlink. During my 20+ years at Ericsson, I have had the opportunity to travel and work in several countries around the world, exposing myself to new and different cultures and different ways of working. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I am very supportive of the team spirit and dynamism focused on strategic objectives of the organization. I have the ability to organize, lead and motivate teams globally and locally. I have strong analytical skills, I have excellent leadership skills and like to face challenges and thrive in a high-pressure environment. My perseverance and innovative spirit allow me to achieve the best results in every task I face.
