A goal driven leader with success in building effective teams and improving efficiencies in physician practices. I am a devoted individual that strives to improve the patients overall experience while in our facilities. I demonstrate the ability to educate and train processes and procedures at the staff member’s and management level of comprehension in a safe environment that encourages trust, participation, and builds strengths of our team.
