ABOUT KAREN LANGEVIN LYNCH

As a senior leader in the global insights community, I am honored to help shape how the industry connects, learns, and evolves. As Head of Content and a member of Greenbook’s leadership team, I oversee editorial and event strategy driving our article ecosystem, our shows (The Greenbook Podcast and our weekly livestream, The Exchange), and the IIEX global event series (programming more than 250 speakers annually and curating conversations at the intersection of research, technology, and human understanding).Previously on the leadership team at InsightsNow, I helped build a qual department that bridged behavioral science, depth of insights, and agile methodologies — experience that continues to guide how I nurture thought leadership and organizational growth today. My roots are in qualitative research; I spent decades listening, moderating, and storytelling to uncover and communicate what motivates people and drives decisions. That foundation still fuels everything I do: helping innovators, brands, and researchers translate human behavior into meaningful action. My work now sits squarely in the AI and ResTech space: advising emerging platforms, curating innovative content, and having the conversations that will usher our industry into the future. I’m passionate about ensuring that as AI reshapes our field, qualitative thinking and ethical leadership remain at its core. And the ResTech platforms I\'m seeing on the daily blow my mind.Across every initiative — from programming IIEX and elevating industry visionaries, to spearheading Greenbook’s Future List that spotlights rising stars — my purpose is consistent: to amplify great thinking, create pathways for diverse and emerging talent, and foster a more inclusive, forward-looking insights community.Outside of Greenbook, I’m proud to support the industry through: Women in Research (WIRe) — Mentor and advocate for women’s advancement in the insights profession. Insights Career Network (ICN) — Board Member for this powerful, volunteer-powered community helping insights professionals find their voice and their way through career transitions.
