For the past nine years, I have been immersed in the world of patient-transportation, initially in air ambulance and more recently in medical escort services. It has been a privilege to work in a field where the goal is simple but profound: helping people travel safely during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. These experiences have shaped not only my understanding of the industry, but also my appreciation for the power of compassion, clear communication, and thoughtful planning. Today, as the Director of Business Development for Flying Angels, I have the opportunity to meet with case and care managers, aging life care specialists, and hospital leaders across the country.
