ABOUT KAREN MARLEY

Currently I lead on multiple commercial aspects of client accounts; developing relationships and opportunities with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure continually improved P&L performance. I also develop/manage all necessary account plans and related Governance issues, whilst pro-actively leading strategic change and business improvement projects always championing the importance of the customer/client relationship and instilling high quality standards to ensure the delivery of challenging KPI`s.I am an effective and adaptable manager, with extensive experience and a wealth of readily transferable business change and business improvement skills. I make use of my interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills on a daily basis and have excellent IT ability to compliment project management knowledge. I thrive within a highly pressurised environment and am motivated by meeting targets and providing motivational, hands on leadership. I like to be a positive voice, offering support and help pro-actively, and I feel a real strength is my ability to not only manage but (crucially) to motivate. I am adept also at identifying operational problems and inefficiencies and implementing fit for purpose solutions. My career has provided me with a wealth of relationship management experience, and I consider building and maintaining key relationships to be integral to all that I do.My personal maxim is to always strive for excellence, and it is important to me that I enjoy my work and am able to see the positive difference I make.
