Operations and maintenance of Suzlon S82 wind turbine generator (1.5,),having total 76.5 MW installed capacity. Monitoring WTG & Wind farm to prevent unwanted failures Attending unscheduled breakdown WTG ensuring minimum downtime Troubleshooting and Rectify errors & warnings of WTG. Analyzing event logs faulty log during turbine breakdown predict components Requirements. And find root cause to breakdown to Restore wtg with Minimum possible downtime. Maintenance of WTG components including cooling system,LT Motor,veriours sensors, control system, Circuit breaker, slipring etc. performing preventive maintenance activities WTG and it\'s Components for smooth operation and to minimise unscheduled breakdowns Troubleshooting of different type of components Releted error like as a Resolver,Encoder,pitch breck,slipring, sensors,Motors,pitch frequency converter Drive,Rectifier, Capecitor, various type contecter etc. Troubleshooting of Suzlon flexislip system (SFS) Releted errors. Implementation of modificationand TCIs for batter wtg operation. Troubleshoot and Rectify WTG communication breakdown (OFC splicing,OFC WTG Networking and usage of OTDR) Providing Technical and Troubleshooting support to other Team members. Prepering of DGR,NCR,CFR, and other WTG Report. Providing Material Reservation through SAP. Performing Monthly Mock Drills. Ensuring safety of self and co-workers
