Material Quality Assurance• Inspect incoming materials (towers, blades, nacelles, foundation steel, concrete, cables, fasteners, etc.).• Verify vendor test certificates and ensure compliance with project specifications.• Conduct random sampling, visual checks, and mechanical/electrical testing.• Maintain traceability of all materials through proper documentation.2. Mechanical & Electrical Installation Quality• Verify torque tightening of tower bolts with calibrated torque wrenches.• Check alignment of tower sections, yaw system, and nacelle installation.• Inspect blade lifting, pitch system, and hub assembly.3. Documentation & Reporting• Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Checklists.• Maintain records of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective actions.• Conduct stage-wise inspection reports with client/consultant approvals.• Ensure calibration of all measuring & testing instruments.4. Continuous Improvement• Identify recurring quality issues and suggest preventive measures.• Provide training to site teams on quality requirements.• Support root cause analysis for failures or defects.
