Dstl, the Defence Science & Technology Laboratory, maximises the impact of science and technology on UK defence and security across government. We\'re extremely proud of our work, which saves lives in the UK and overseas. We\'re an Executive Agency of the MoD, working to ensure our Armed Forces have the best information, advice and equipment. And ensure other government departments can also access our expertise.Another change of job title, but once more a change to the remit of the Dstl Resourcing Team. We are working closely with business managers to actively plan and resource our programmes effectively using all avenues of candidates, internally and externally, building Talent Banks and much more direct sourcing. Lots of Workforce planning, budget planning, Talent Banking, Pipelining and even more direct sourcing.
