ABOUT KAREN BLANC
I’m global VP of inclusion, belonging and people development at Kent. Prior to this role, I enjoyed working around the world as a process engineer and project manager, before leading operations for our engineering and consultancy business in the UK, Middle East, and India. I’m a fellow of the IChemE, and a chartered manager. I’m passionate about great careers, and empowering people through inclusive leadership, so I’m very excited to bring my engineering background to my new home within our HR team. I love work best when I’m collaborating, meeting new people, helping others, and moving big tricky things forwards. I currently support other organisations across our industry in their pursuit of gender equality via my with AXIS Network (formerly as chair). Outside of work, I\'m passionate about my two little boys, CrossFit and sea swimming. https://kentplc.com/sustainability/principles/inclusion-belonging-at-kent https://kentplc.com/sustainability/people/nurturing-brilliant-minds
