Throughout my career, I have collaborated with and led cross-functional teams to drive businesstransformation, guide disciplined growth, and foster cultures of compliance and integrity.I currently serve as a Board Director for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Chair of itsGovernance and Nominating Committee, as it partners with a leading cancer institute to become thelargest Cancer hospital in New England. I also Chair the Board of Bridge Over Troubled Waters, anorganization dedicated to providing life-changing services to homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth. Inaddition to my board service, I am a trusted advisor/coach to executives on career development andtransition to new, purposeful opportunities.I recently retired from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as an Executive Vice President and GlobalChief Compliance Officer. During my tenure, I transformed the global compliance function into a risk-based business strategy partner, aligning compliance initiatives with corporate objectives. In addition. I led a team to provide the framework for responsible AI governance. As a board-facing executive, I provided oversight on governance, federal and state regulatory matters, risk, privacy,and building an effective compliance program—reporting to the Board Risk Committee and serving as aBoard Member for the company’s $100B AUM investment entity.Prior to becoming CCO, I managed Liberty Mutual’s $200M legal litigation budget and a docket of litigated matters as Deputy General Counsel of Corporate Litigation and Coverage. I have also heldvarious legal leadership roles in employment, benefits, compensation, and real estate.
