ABOUT KARA NAEGELY
Hi there! I’m Kara, a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant with a knack for simplifying complex healthcare processes and making them work smarter—not harder. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with some incredible healthcare teams to improve patient access, streamline revenue cycles, and tackle some seriously challenging problems. With experience spanning from EMR/EHR systems to project management, I’m a bit of a Swiss Army knife when it comes to the world of healthcare operations. I’m all about data-driven solutions, clear communication, and creating positive change—while keeping things light and productive. Whether it’s leading a team, diving into a complex project, or mentoring the next generation of consultants, I’m driven by one thing: making sure our clients are set up for success. When I’m not optimizing healthcare processes, I can be found writing, creating, or thinking about my next big project. Fun fact: I even published an essay about giving birth during the COVID-19 pandemic (\"Birth in the Time of Corona\", in case you’re curious!). I’m always looking for new opportunities to bring my passion for client success and innovation to a forward-thinking organization. I look forward to connecting!
