As the Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:Data Distribution & Allocation: Manage the process of distributing large and complex datasets to a team of advisors, ensuring equitable and strategically sound allocations.Data Integrity & Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving data anomalies, discrepancies, and distribution issues, ensuring all advisors are working with clean, reliable data.Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve existing data management and distribution workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Reporting & Analysis: Compile, analyze, and prepare regular, detailed data status reports and performance metrics for senior management, highlighting key trends and potential roadblocks.
