ABOUT KAPIL PARGANIHA

I am a dynamic and multifaceted individual with a strong background in sports, event management, and performing arts. State Level Badminton Player My journey began on the badminton courts, where I competed at the state and national level in the under-14 category. This experience taught me the values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. Volunteer Experience I expanded my skills beyond sports by volunteering at Initio, the annual management fest of VIPS. This role allowed me to develop my organizational and leadership abilities, contributing to the successful execution of a major event. Exploring Creative Passions Currently, I am an active member of Aflatoon, the theater society of VIPS. As an actor, I have performed in various productions, including- Street Play:\"R.I.P (Rest in prison)\"- Stage Play:\"Art is an Emergency My responsibilities extend beyond acting, as I also serve as a student/faculty coordinator, where I manage and oversee various aspects of our theater productions. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in organizing Vyakt, the annual theatre festival of Aflatoon, ensuring its smooth operation and success. Through these diverse experiences, I have honed my skills in project management, teamwork, and creative expression. I am passionate about exploring new challenges and leveraging my varied background to make meaningful contributions in any role I undertake
