I am a cross-functional Cognitive and Organizational Ergonomics subject matter expert who has a deep understanding of the entire development process from user research, business process development, experience facilitation, and user interface design and testing to deployment and post implementation support all with a distinct person-centric focus. I have facilitated experiences for a variety of systems and platforms including web based applications, enterprise software portals, business analytics and interactive marketing presentations. My application of user centric design principles spans across a number of industries including: marketing, training, finance, security, defense, intelligence, education, and healthcare.I am also a certified Agile Team Facilitator and Agile Coach, through IC Agile. In this role I teach classes in Agile Fundamentals and Product Ownership and help to lead Enterprise Software development shops through their transitions in the development of standards, offering of coaching services, and development of training programs to facilitate the cultural shift needed for Agile adoption across an organization.
