I’m making progress.”That simple phrase captures what I strive for in every project I take on — staying engaged in things that matter.I’ve worked in academia, public institutions, NGOs, and business — building systems, teams, and tools that help people understand the world and act more wisely. From coordinating international educational studies at IBE, to founding CoderDojo Poland and engaging hundreds of volunteers, to leading clinical data science projects at Transition Technologies Science — my focus has remained the same: bring clarity where there’s complexity, and help turn insight into impact.Today, I manage interdisciplinary teams developing software and algorithms for clinical trials and healthcare. I also co-founded parami.team, a startup building tools to evaluate teams and support better decision-making. My background in social psychology helps me stay attuned to human behavior; my data science skills keep me anchored in evidence.I recently began an MBA at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego to deepen my strategic and management capabilities — because good intentions and good science aren’t enough.
