o Manage Purchase Orders (POs) in CRM [Axapta]. o Review invoices and updates POs. o Assure on-time PO delivery. o Check project due dates to understand the purchasing urgency. o Follow-up with suppliers on the status of POs. o Work with internal customers to mitigate late shipments, and to understand material/service specs & potential volumes. o Maintains master data accuracy & consistency, including item descriptions, pricing, units of measure, supplier data. o Fill and submit credit applications with suppliers when quality issues emerge. o Identifies new purchasing opportunities for the new/existing materials/services, with the goal of achieving cost-savings, as well as improvements in quality and logistics. o Negotiates and analyze suppliers, based on the following criteria – Pricing, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service o Assesses bids from suppliers and prepares recommendations for executive sign-off.
