Strategizes with the Director of State and Local programming as well as other departments, divisions and campaigns to ensure campaigns complement SEIU field efforts. Lobby and advocate on legislative priorities on behalf of the union. Maintains relationships with partner organizations and elected networks to drive our issue agenda. Supports locals in various states and regions to ensure Legislative priorities pass the state legislature. Supports the development and development of large scale convenings including SEIU’s Legislative and Policy Conference.
