Role Overview:Leading end-to-end supply chain operations with responsibility for global procurement, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and supplier management, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives. Reporting directly to the Global SCM Head in Spain, with oversight of overseas operations and multi-country supplier networks.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives.Manage critical global suppliers across China, Netherlands, Thailand, Spain, and Germany, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery.Drive material planning & demand forecasting for 15+ global suppliers, optimizing inventory levels and working capital.Oversee procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics functions, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and trade regulations.Implement digital procurement systems and ERP (SAP HANA) to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.Lead overseas SCM function setup, establishing procurement, logistics, and supplier governance frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain resilience, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.
