As Marketing Manager for In-Form, Homeless Link’s Salesforce-based case management solution, I lead all aspects of marketing for a SaaS platform that helps frontline organisations deliver more effective, data-driven support to people experiencing homelessness and other vulnerabilities.This role combines my passion for social impact with my expertise in B2B tech marketing. I’m responsible for growing awareness, generating leads, and nurturing engagement across the customer lifecycle—driving both mission impact and sustainable income growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to attract new clients, promote upsell opportunities, and highlight new platform functionality.Manage In-Form branding, content strategy, and multi-channel delivery including social media, webinars, and email automation (DotDigital).Oversee website content strategy following the 2024 relaunch—focused on SEO, UX, and lead conversion.Plan and deliver In-Form’s annual conference, user groups, and advisory events to strengthen community and retention.Create marketing collateral including videos, case studies, infographics, and blog content tailored to tech-savvy audiences.Report on marketing performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to adoption.
