ABOUT KALPITA REDDIAR
Global education and grassroots experiences\" summarizes my journey thus far. I am currently in my final semester at the Haskayne School of Business, pursuing a degree in international business strategy. As part of my degree, I also studied abroad in Japan as an exchange student at Nagoya University of Commerce and Business and participated in global case competitions including ICBC (Inter-Collegiate Business Competition) and McDonough Business Strategy Challenge.Throughout my 4 years in university, I have focused on initiatives that have a positive social impact and promote entrepreneurship. From being the President of Enactus, a club that mobilizes social entrepreneurship to bring change in marginalized populations to working for a B.Corp and interning at a revolutionary health-tech startup, my experiences have centred on creating impact in the local communities - individual and collective. I am also a person of colour and someone who deeply cares about the people in our communities. That\'s why I am completing a Certificate in Pluralism and Global Citizenship. Through this program, I have developed an intercultural capacity that allows me to appreciate, understand, and support diverse identities, particularly in the realm of business.Please feel free to connect with me here!
