ABOUT KAJ SEEGER

I consider myself a process facilitator and relationship manager. My main trades are the facilitation of workshops, management of stakeholder networks and moderation of all types of professional and semi-professional gatherings. I complement these activities with skills in project management, project development and proposal writing, as well as some strong experience in policy analysis and report development. However, enable groups of people to jointly work towards a common goal is always at the heart of everything I do. With over 10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, the cleantech sector and with NGO and research institutions, I have dedicated my professional career to climate action. I have extensive experience with various aspects of the green transition, from energy to mobility to cultural aspects, mostly working on policy related issues. In recent years, I have developed a strong passion for all things Carbon Removal as I strongly believe, that we have a need and obligation to take back as much greenhouse gases from the atmosphere as possible. I take on assignments as a freelancer for- Design, facilitation and moderation of workshops, trainings and conferences - grant proposal writing and assessment - policy analysis on urban development and climate action - urban management projects such as placemaking, urban networks and gamification - public affairs and Business to Government relationships
