ABOUT KAITLYN PAWLOWSKI
From the moment I entered the workforce, I was very fortunate in my various career paths. From my first job with Panera Bread in 2012, I found myself excelling and within three months I was promoted to a Certified Trainer. I entered the hotel industry in 2016 as an intern and before the summer ended, I was brought on as a full-time employee and later promoted to a supervisor after graduating college. From then on, I held various supervisor and manager positions within the hospitality industry which continued my knowledge and love for leading, growing, and mentoring people. Due to some personal health issues in 2023, I decided to leave the hotel industry. I found myself in an entry level position in the healthcare industry with UPMC. I am grateful that within a year I have been promoted to a Supervisor of Mobile Patient Access & Central hiring. I’m excited to see where my career takes me from here, but I hope to continue to lead others and to open a business of my own one day.
