Based in Louisville, Kentucky, we are proud to be an employee-owned firm.As a Marketing Associate, I play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives that promote our firm’s services, expertise and project portfolio. This position bridges strategy and execution by collaborating with internal teams to create engaging content, coordinate proposals and maintain our brand presence across digital and print platforms. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and business development strategies. Support the preparation of proposals, qualifications and presentations in response to RFPs & RFQs. Create, edit and manage marketing content including project sheets, staff bios, case studies, blog posts and social media copy. Help maintain and update the company website and social media channels with fresh, relevant content. Coordinate and track internal marketing deadlines and calendars. Assist with planning and logistics for events, conferences and client engagements. Conduct secondary research on markets, clients, and competitors to support strategic planning. Maintain and organize marketing collateral, image libraries, and CRM data. Support public and media relations, press releases and thought leadership opportunities.
