I have worked for Hy-Vee Inc. for 10 years, and it has been such a great experience and helped me grow in my leadership skills and many other opportunities for growth. I started out as an assistant and made my way to Management in all fields that I have worked in. I strive for success and to be the best at what I do. I feel like my personality is one in a million and my biggest strength. I am a quick learner and very passionate about my line of work when I am focusing on it. My first managing experience at Caribou Coffee at Hy-Vee in Kearney, Ne, I built that coffee shop from day one. Before I left, my location was number 4 in the entire company for sales, and we just kept on growing until I left. I have built relationships with my customers that are irreplaceable and help grow the business. I have customers that have followed me to my new places of work due to loyalty.
