As a Regional Support Specialist at Coldwell Banker, I provide operational, marketing, and tech support to agents and branch leaders across our region. I assist with onboarding, training, social media, and business planning, while also helping maintain a collaborative and inclusive office culture. My role bridges day-to-day office operations with strategic agent support—ensuring smooth workflows, strong communication, and a high standard of service. I provide white-glove service to agents and clients, offering tech support, marketing assistance, and operational guidance. I support agent onboarding and training, helping new team members get up to speed with tools like MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge. I manage and create content for office social media accounts, and assist agents with their own digital marketing efforts. I partner with branch leaders to foster a positive, inclusive office culture—driving events, recognition programs, and community engagement through CB Cares. I assist with recruiting efforts, business planning, and serve as an accountability partner for agent growth. I ensure our offices are welcoming, well-equipped, and running efficiently by coordinating with IT and facilities teams.
