ABOUT KAELIN FERLAND
I earned a B.S. in Environmental Biology and French from Providence College, where I was heavily involved in environmental advocacy. I served as Co-President of the Environmental Club, led the EcoRep program, worked as the college\'s Sustainability Coordinator, and spearheaded various sustainability initiatives. I am committed to protecting our planet and fighting for environmental justice through advocacy, policy, and education. Since graduating, I have worked with multiple environmental policy and advocacy organizations in Maine including Maine Youth Action and Natural Resources Council of Maine. I\'m now the Outreach Coordinator for Maine Youth for Climate Justice where I help mobilize youth activists, create communications materials, and organize grassroots efforts for our campaigns.
