As part of the social media team for Cool It Liverpool, I contribute to growing the company\'s online presence and engaging students through creative digital content. My main responsibilities include creating and presenting TikTok videos for the company’s social media platforms, developing engaging and trending content that aligned with the brand.I enjoy collaborating with the co-workers to brainstorm, plan, and execute new content ideas to promote events and increase audience engagement, and conducting on-camera interviews interacting with event attendees to create authentic, relatable promotional content.I also support PR efforts by speaking directly with local students to promote upcoming events and encouraging sign-ups and ticket purchases, and assist with front-of-house operations at events, helping ensure smooth entry and a positive customer experience.This role strengthened my confidence on camera, teamwork and communication skills, and understanding of how social media and PR strategies can be combined to build engagement and brand awareness.
