An experienced and accomplished professional in the delegated claims space. I currently manage the Delegated Claims Performance team who oversee the performance of the Delegated Claims Administrators, of which there are 80+ who handle various claim types across the globe, including a significant volume of those handling claims subject to the Consumer Duty. I was previously an Adjustor within Canopius handling Consumer Product claims, and prior to this was a Claims Handler at a Lloyd’s approved DCA handling household content claims. I have proficient knowledge of the Consumer Duty and Lloyd’s Principles (Claims).My passion lies in ensuring customers receive good prompt outcomes and I have a keen interest in identifying areas that can be improved for this to be achieved. 2025 finalist for the following awards- LMA Rising Star (Claims Operations)- Insurance Insiders Honours (Young Claims Professional)
