After more than 20 years in corporate insurance across three countries, I founded Shaal Consulting to put that experience to work more directly for clients. Eighteen years on, my focus is the same: clear, data-driven analysis that improves service, strengthens operations, and cuts waste.Through Shaal Consulting, I have supported insurers and property contractors with:• Property vendor program design and optimization• Residential and commercial property rebuild cost and data analysis• End-to-end project management for operational initiatives• Cost management and performance tracking• Mergers and acquisitions support, with a focus on integration and operational alignmentIn 2017, I co-founded Drone Software Canada Inc.(DSC), which provides drone pilot services to insurers, roofing companies, and contractors across Canada.
