I’m a people-focused professional with a career that’s taken me from leading high-performing Customer Success teams in fast-paced tech startups to shaping the employee experience as a People Operations Manager for a national member association.In the tech world, I learned how to build strong relationships, drive adoption of new tools, and create processes that help customers (and teams) thrive. In People Operations, I focused on creating workplaces people love coming to.
