Contribution: 1. Responsible for providing Solution to a Business Specific Functional requirement in the area of Sales and Distribution especially in Order management and Pricing. Responsible for attending Meetings to Gather Client requirements and Coordinating with off shore team to explain the requirement. Issue Resolution for integration Scenario i.e. Coordinating with other SAP Modules Like MM, FI and Technical teams wherever necessary. Responsible for Conducting the Unit Test and Integration testing thoroughly for all the enhancements. Responsible for handling and Fixing Critical / High Priority issues which arises in client System. Responsible for creating Functional Design Documents and also Raising Change Requests, Track for their approval and Perform Changes as per CR. Comply with all the Project Quality Standards and Processes while resolving the client’s issues / requirements, as per audit perspective. Responsible to participate cut-over activities. Need to address the issue immediately. Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in SAP ERP and other leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to deliver solutions to customer. Supporting Order management interfaces and EDI 850, EDI 855 and EDI 824. Responsible for supporting Produced allocation, Eligibility, Order monitoring Program, Back-order process and Pricing.
