As the Key Account Manager for major clients in the industrial domain, I take charge of client interactions throughout the entire process, from initial acquisition to ongoing fulfillment of their requirements. I prioritize building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within each client organization, utilizing this deep understanding to identify opportunities for IBM to provide value-added services and solutions, which helps to drive revenue growth and achieve target goals. To ensure that our solutions are always up-to-date with the latest industry trends, I keep myself informed and provide strategic guidance to clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams within IBM, I deploy resources such as technical expertise, developers, architects, and designers based on the unique requirements of each client. I make certain that all contract terms are fulfilled and billing is accurately processed on a monthly basis. By organizing workshops, I engage with clients and provide insights into IBM\'s technical expertise and innovative solutions, showcasing IBM\'s infrastructure through storytelling.
