Every B2B marketing and sales leader I speak to is asking the same question right now. They\'re investing in their own people and turning their expertise and stories into a scalable employee influence system.I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of B2B performance marketing, sales, enablement and employee advocacy. Running global paid search campaigns for SAP, Atlassian, and 3M taught me how to prove commercial impact. Spending years training marketing and sales teams across the globe taught me something harder - how to get people inside large organisations to take action and do things differently. But to do that convincingly, I had to do it myself first: build my own presence, find my voice, and learn how to influence the room I was in.As Chief of Growth at Tribal Impact, I work with large B2B enterprises to design and scale employee-led influence programmes on LinkedIn that turn their subject matter experts, executives, sales and advocates into credible, visible voices driving pipeline. Our clients include Pfizer, Panasonic, ABB, Henkel and Qlik. We use the Scaling Social Framework, a proprietary framework developed by Tribal Impact, to assess where employees are today and build a structured enablement path to measurable business impact.
