ABOUT JUSTIN PASSER

Throughout the course of my undergraduate studies in finance at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, I could not help but notice the integral role that technology played within all aspects of business. After adding digital technology management as my co-major, I was hooked and accepted a graduate assistantship for a master’s degree in information systems this fall (2022). I am ultimately seeking to leverage my degrees as a technology strategy consultant to aid businesses by delivering solutions and advising on their financial implications. In addition to my educational background, my experiences at internships, start-ups, and club leadership positions will allow me to succeed. These diverse experiences have taught me the importance of relationship building, critical thinking, and time management. In a past role, I was promoted to Director of Strategy and Operations for a start-up company; I refined my interpersonal skills and creativity to grow the client base and foster a welcoming work environment. My internships have taught me how to break down complex business problems with many moving parts. I further sharpened my problem-solving skills through multiple case competitions. Lastly, as a business analyst, I drafted, pitched, and implemented new processes to increase employee efficiency in an agile work environment. These experiences have taught me countless invaluable lessons and made a plethora of professional and personal connections that I will maintain for the rest of my life.
