As part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, I partner with the business on a global scale, supporting and delivering recruitment planning, strategy and execution to identify, attract and engage with the very best talent across our three regions - Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA.I support key stakeholders across manufacturing and commercial, providing talent solutions to multiple business areas, that all play a crucial part in the success of CooperVision, My primary goals are to deliver the TA strategy, aligned with the wider business goals, support with continuous improvement of the TA process, which allow successful delivery of key metrics, candidate experience and ensuring that I am an advocate for the business and driving cost avoidance, by improving our direct hiring capability vs agency use.CooperVision is a global leader in the contact lens industry, dedicated to helping improve the way people see every day.
