Quirky Chocolate, based in Edinburgh, is an artisan chocolatier celebrated for its innovative creations inspired by the rich flavours and heritage of Scotland. Our flagship Tartan Chocolate Bar collection has become a modern symbol of Scottish craftsmanship and creativity.At Quirky Chocolate, we take pride in our collaborations with an array of partners throughout the UK — from luxury hotels and corporate clients to distilleries and bespoke food brands. We’re well known for our partnerships with distinguished establishments including the Waldorf Astoria Caledonian Hotel, The Old Course, Historic Scotland, V&A Dundee, Bombay Sapphire, Diageo, and Marie Curie UK. In addition, we work with hotels, distributors, and corporate clients to develop own-brand (private label) chocolate products, as well as craft bespoke flavourings and pairings — including our exclusive chocolate and whisky collaborations created in partnership with distilleries.Ethical and sustainable practices are at the heart of what we do. Our cocoa is sourced from a single-origin, B Corp-certified supplier in Colombia, and we are proud to lead the way in introducing fully plastic-free product lines.In my current role, I provide strategic leadership to drive business growth, streamline operations, and enhance production and sales performance. I also oversee the development of impactful marketing strategies and sound financial management to ensure sustainable expansion. These efforts have contributed to significant increases in both turnover and profitability. Highlights include securing a Innovate UK grant and a Scottish Enterprise grant, supporting Quirky Chocolate’s continued innovation, productivity, and growth.
