Promoted to Head of Design role and overall leadership of the design and engineering department at Fairline Yachts.Key achievements: Post COVID-19 established, and mentored a strong multidisciplinary design and engineering team of 29 talented individuals to aid the successful delivery of Squadron 58 (Winner: MBY Flybridges up to 60’ Motor 2024) and Targa 40 (Nominated for MBY Best sports cruisers up to 45’ of the year 2025)Established a business wide build ‘Assembly’ project - A team of four responsible for build issue resolution utilising jigging and the correct assembly of major components and supported by the creation of key standard operating procedures to successfully improve efficiency and build times initially on the Squadron 58 production line.Outsourcing- Jointly led a strategic business project to review efficiency improvements and outsource a number of small moulding components delivered as finished items to the Production teams.
