Having spent over 20 years as a senior leader in secondary schools throughout East Anglia, I established Chameleon Consultancy and Training in the summer of 2017. I utilise my extensive experience, knowledge and networks to support schools, colleges and charities with their income generation and marketing and communications strategies. Additionally, my successes in securing grant funding and attracting sponsorship and donations (over £8 million to date) can help educational establishments deliver real improvements in their facilities and the opportunities afforded to students.More recently I\'ve become an assessor for the Level 4 School Business Professional Apprenticeship, supporting the development and progression of future school leaders. I\'ve a track record of generating significant additional funds for schools - over £8 million - connect with me if you need advice, training or support with bid writing.I\'m an award winning marketeer and can help with your marketing, branding and campaign management. I run training courses and masterclasses on marketing, bid writing and income generation. These are practical and interactive day or half day courses designed to support School Business Leaders, Headteachers and Governors.My strength is communicating with people. I have almost 20 years experience in sales and account management, marketing and resource management. Throughout each phase of my career to date I have enjoyed meeting new people, developing networks of contacts from a range of industries and I have had the pleasure and good fortune to know so many inspirational and motivational people. As I say, it\'s all about the people.
