The Director of Marketing & Business Development is responsible for executing all marketing efforts under the direction of the owner and in close coordination with the O’Donnell Medical Aesthetics team & Clinical Director. The summary of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: creation, planning, and execution of digital campaigns (e-mail, social, paid ads, etc.), event management, social media management, advertising, press release creation, presentation material creation, creative and brand-centric messaging, networking, and support for both the OVL & OMA team.This individual has the ultimate responsibility of continuing to build the strength and power of the OVL/OMA brand, increasing its revenue, and finding new business opportunities that continue to evolve O\'Donnell into one of the fastest-growing comprehensive vein & medical aesthetics practices in the state of Maryland/Delmarva Peninsula.
