ABOUT JUSTIN GARCIA
I assist owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals with a range of issues such as contract disputes, delay claims, construction defect issues, and bond claims. I also handle complex insurance coverage issues dealing with commercial liability, additional insureds, indemnity and the duty to defend. I have extensive experience representing clients at trial, in ADR settings and on appeals. I also have an active franchise law practice in which I advice franchise development agents on complex areas of exposure and litigate on their behalf when needed.I am licensed in Connecticut and Illinois as well as the Northern District of Illinois and the District of Connecticut.
