ABOUT JAIME PAOLETTI

I am a partner at Garcia & Milas, P.C. in New Haven, CT where I focus my practice on construction, franchise, and business law. I represent and counsel a diverse group of clients including developers, owners, corporations, associations, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in my commercial and construction law practice as well as franchisees and franchisors in my franchise law practice. My practice includes litigation, dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation, preparing and reviewing franchise disclosure documents, purchase and sales agreements, lease review, property tax appeals, and general business advise. I am a published author, speaker, and active member of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations. I am admitted to practice in CT, MA, CO and the Federal District Court of CT.
