Pressed Juicery is a manufacturer and omni-channel retailer of cold-pressed juice, Freeze (vegan “frozen yogurt”), and healthy snacks operating over 70 stores nationally • Founding employee (#1 corporate hire) after consulting to the founders for six months planning and executing company launch • Built and scaled retail operations from the first store up to 10 stores (>$12m run-rate) and again from 35 to 45 stores (managed hundreds of team members and managers) • Designed and built manufacturing operations with initial production capacity for up to 25 stores (managed 60+ team members) • R&D Lead and inventor of all products and formulations since founding, achieving a careful balance of quality, taste, stability, and profitability • Lead hiring, training, management, and development of staff to achieve productivity and performance goals • Lead cross-functional department communications to align product, marketing, and sales initiatives • Operational lead for identifying and developing new territory for the expansion of the company
