I oversee a wide spectrum of site functions—including regulatory adherence, facilities, employee culture & engagement, site procurement, business continuity, and technology operations to ensure seamless day-to-day performance. My focus is on building sustainable, scalable operations that align with global business priorities while fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment.I work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, particularly Finance and HR, to optimize internal processes, standardize workflows, and implement company-wide policies that support growth and efficiency. Additionally, I’ve strengthened ties with the Government of Telangana to support local partnerships. This combination of strategic and operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement has enabled me to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s long-term vision and success.
