Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and positioning across global markets.• Lead the creation and management of digital content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, videos, stories, blogs, and newsletters—ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.• Oversee SEO and SEA initiatives in partnership with external agencies to improve online performance, increase engagement, and drive qualified leads.• Spearhead business development efforts across sectors such as luxury, fashion, hospitality, architecture, design, automotive, and corporate—focusing on client acquisition and international expansion.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including scent marketing solutions, private label fragrance collections, event scenting, perfume workshops, and bespoke olfactory projects.• Coordinate high-level projects with Master Perfumers, aligning creative direction with strategic brands goals.• Lead promotional, educational, and training programs—such as lectures, olfactory branding sessions and immersive perfume workshops—for clients and global distributors.• Support the conceptualisation and development of custom fragrances and olfactory logos, contributing to storytelling, branding assets, and the creation of olfactory books.• Provide cross-functional strategic support across departments, adapting to evolving priorities and contributing to operational excellence.
