Following a year-long research fellowship through the IMSF, I am now contributing to two project streams as a research assistant: • Resilience and Impact of Social Enterprises and how they can achieve financial sustainability, supervised by Prof. Anna Kim (McGill University) and Prof. EunJoo Koo (University of Lethbridge) • Building Sustainable Indigenous Enterprises, supervised by Prof. Anna Kim (McGill University)My role includes conducting fieldwork, leading interviews, writing observational and interview fieldnotes, and thematic data analysis.
