Previous SVP, Finance Operations at Centrica PLC, a £28B U.K. energy company, directing £1.5B and 500 global FTEs, and CFO of Centrica’s $4B NA Consumer business.• BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION: Steered transformation of Barnes global footprint delivering >$100M in annual savings, as CFO of Centrica’s $4.0B NA retail energy and services business, rebuilt NA Corporate Finance while optimizing a $2B operating budget. Also transformed Finance and IT at Pentair (NYSE: PNR).• M&A EXPERTISE:$3.6B take private transaction of Barnes (B), completed $750M global aerospace acquisition, divested two Barnes portfolio businesses, provided Board oversight for two acquisitions at SNDR. Led $750M European acquisition/integration for Pentair. At Centrica, acquired/integrated an internet-based energy retailer globally, divested nonstrategic entities, disbanded a solar business.• DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION – Establish/lead IT, Data Governance and BI functions, delivering digital transformations including smart connectivity/smart device, IoT, security, CRM, automation, and platform consolidations.
