ABOUT BECKY COLEMAN

Business process analyst by day, passionate photographer by night, and proud Etsy shop owner, I am currently leveraging my skills to grow a new venture in Business Process Management. I have a wide variety of professional interests! I use both my left brain and right brain equally. Words that describe me: perceptive, practical, and logical individual with a knack for both verbal and nonverbal communication. I\'m outgoing, observant, bold, very positive, and resourceful. I\'m the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately makes an impact. I\'m energetic, action-oriented and gregarious. I love uncovering life’s opportunities and I\'m always on the lookout for the smallest of changes. I bring to the table 20 years of continuous improvement experience, including BPM, Six Sigma, and Project Management. I have 16 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, 29 years of customer service experience, 6 years in the dental insurance industry, and 10 years of retail experience. I hold four business degrees, including a PhD in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Project Management. This year, I started three businesses: a family photography business, an Etsy store selling landscape digital images and prints, and the School of Business Process Management. I have been employed by Schneider for over 16 years and have learned so much about the transportation industry. In 2018, I was honored with the Presidential Award at Schneider for providing superior customer experience for a new business implementation onboarding a brand new customer. I\'m passionate about all things business process management, with a particular love for process mapping. I enjoy taking a process I know nothing about and then being able to explain it step by step to someone unfamiliar with the process. I\'m currently working on creating a digital course for process mapping, which I plan to release in Q1 of 2024 through the School of Business Process Management. In a nutshell, I\'m a driven, energetic professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence.
