Strategic Information Technology business relationship partner for a multi-billion dollar company that includes but is not limited to global Cafes, Hotels, Hotel Casinos, and also supporting the platforms and corporate business partners from Human Resources, Finance, and Purchasing. Collaborate with these partners to understand long and short-term goals and work with internal technology teams to deliver appropriate technology solutions. Plan, coordinate, direct, design, and implement all non-gaming hospitality and customer support activities including enterprise-wide mission-critical systems. Experienced subject matter expert in not only technology solutions, but also a strong business acumen in Revenue Management, Hospitality Operations, Customer Care, and other key business areas. Collaboration: Collaborate heavily with the executive management team, property IT, and key decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for Seminole Gaming as well as Hard Rock International. Strategist: Provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives across all areas of the organization, business, and overall enterprise.
